We are willing to resolve disputes through the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee. We are not obliged to participate in any other dispute-resolution scheme and generally prefer to settle matters directly, quickly, in a ticket.

Customer instances are hosted in the facility of the region selected at order time, on hardware owned by us. The law applying to data on an instance is the law of the country where that instance physically sits.
