Sit next to the broker, not next to yourself

Most retail brokers run their bridges in London Docklands, Equinix NY4/NY5 in Secaucus, or Tokyo Otemachi. We have sites in all three metros. Single-digit round trip to the bridge is worth more than any amount of CPU.

Dedicated cores for a deterministic loop

MT4 is single-threaded and latency-sensitive. On a fair-share plan a noisy neighbour shows up as an occasional missed tick; on a dedicated-core plan it cannot, because there is no neighbour on the core.

Windows with the licence included

Windows Server 2019, 2022 and 2025 with the SPLA licence in the monthly price. RDP is open on first boot, so an MT5 terminal is running four minutes after you pay.

Uptime that does not need explaining

01Fair-share or dedicated cores — which do I need?

Fair-share is right for almost everything: web apps, databases under a few hundred queries a second, game servers, VPN endpoints, CI that is not on the critical path. Choose dedicated cores when a workload is CPU-bound for minutes at a time — video transcoding, compilation, backtesting, inference — or when a scheduler's p99 matters more than its median. It adds 55% to the plan price and removes neighbours from your cores entirely.

02Do you offer Windows?

Windows Server 2019, 2022 and 2025 Standard, with the SPLA licence included in the monthly figure shown at configuration. Remote Desktop is open on first boot and the licence is ours, so you do not need to bring one.

03Which region should I pick?

The one closest to your users, not to you. Every location costs the same, so there is no reason to compromise. The locations page lists median round trip from residential probes in each metro, and there is a live latency test on every site page. If you are unsure, Frankfurt and Amsterdam reach the most people in the fewest milliseconds.

04What CPU steal should I expect?

Fleet-wide, the 95th percentile on fair-share plans sits at 1.4% and on dedicated-core plans at 0.0%. We publish the rolling figure on the status page. If a host drifts above 3% steal we stop selling on it and migrate instances off, which is why some sites show 'low stock' from time to time.
